• Grouse Creek Ranch is located in the mouth of Tin Cup Creek Canyon and is part of the town of Freedom, Idaho on the Idaho/Wyoming border.
• Grouse Creek Ranch consists of approximately 500 acres of rolling hills, trees and creeks at the edge of the Caribou Mountains. It is subdivided into 63 lots ranging from 5 to 20 acres.
• Access to the property on State Highway 34 is maintained year-round.
• Two sides of the property border the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. All property owners can use three different shared access points to the forest.

• Grouse Creek flows through the property, and Tin Cup Creek borders the northeast portion. All property owners are given access to fish, hike and horseback ride along the banks of Tin Cup Creek.
